Reading .....
My latest two books, 'Eats, Shoots & Leaves' by Lynne Truss, ISBN 1-592-40087-6, Courtesy of the staff at the Financial Times, is a superb study, a history really, of punctuation. And, I'm re-reading Bernard Tetsugen Glassman Roshi's 'Hazy Moon of Enlightenment: Book Four in the Zen Writings series, ISBN 0-916820-05-X ( ZCLA ) A little hard to find!
I previously ordered 'The DaVinci Code' from Amazon Books myself, and have already:
A.) Received & B.) Read It. And C.] Noticed a disparity in terms of ISBN numbers.
I have subsequently downloaded two more of Mr. Browns' Books in EBook Format: 'Deception Point' as well as 'Angels & Demons'. Two of whom are listed under 'Bibliography'

The CIA .....
In part, stimulated by the 'Valerie Plame Affair' and, admittedly due to pure, raw curiosity- Some have already noted that the current director is of the same generation -
I started looking for others that had worked for the CIA, wittingly or not, during the same period.
I even asked A.] The CIA itself CIA Website and B.] Members of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence ( in addition to several members of the Press Corps ). Given the nature of the Internet-in-General, it is too early to tell what the results may be. I'm no longer holding my breath
I did, however, get an eMail back from the CIA suggesting that I fill out a 'Freedom of Information Request'... [Grin] Onward to bigger and better things, eh?

Let me expound on the CIA thing' a moment ...
In 1969 I worked as an undercover Investigator for Norman Jaspan & Associates out of their New York City offices.
Years later, while working under the late ( great ) Donald Shulz ( then ) retired NYPD Organized Crime Squad ( Staten Island ) Detective and Chief Investigator for Florida's 19th Judicial District, Office of the Medical Examiner as well as Official Investigator ( Investigator-of- Record ) for the Hospital Corporation of America and it's major insurance carriers- I was informed that Norman Jaspen & Associates was a CIA front.
Thus- In 1969 I worked as an undercover Investigator for the CIA.
