As you may or may not have seen, Friday before noon my wife of some ten years picked up our eight year old son early on the last day of school, ostensibly for a trip to the beach, and in passing removed S 12,000.00 US from our joint bank account- This money having been specifically set aside to pay the Bills, the Mortgage, the Utilities, Phone, Internet, Gas & Electric, Food, Clothing and Shelter for the next two months.
We had had this conversation before, Her medical condition and mine made our originall scenario, the dream toward which we had been working for the last two years impossible. We had taken this house because we wanted to adopt a couple of Russian Orphans. All the equity had been rolled-over from the previous two houses to get one in just the right neighborhood, with just the right schools.
But now, I need to solicit funds, donations, loans or even commissions [ I can build you a Web Presence, Too ] to generate some cash-flow long enough to extract myself from this morass. And I need an Attorney. I had been unable to reach anyone over the week-end. Now I discover Family Law Attorneys require $ 5,000.00 US in advance for a retainer against $ 275.00 per hour. Please Help !!
